One platform, every stakeholder

One platform for everyone who runs, governs and lives in your community

Management companies, community managers, boards and committees, residents, and the vendors who serve them — working from the same records and the same AI, instead of a dozen disconnected tools.

My Front Yard

Built for every layer of your community

Management companies

Run every community you manage from one login, with portfolio-wide dashboards, cross-community analytics, and templates that launch each new community the same way.

Community managers

One work queue for service requests, ARC applications, and violations, with SLAs, payments, documents, and the roster in the same place instead of a dozen inboxes and spreadsheets.

Boards

Agendas, published minutes, formal votes with quorum and proxy support, and a complete record of every decision, with AI answers grounded in your governing documents.

Committees

ARC and other committees review applications with the full history in front of them, discuss in their own private rooms, and record every decision with its reasoning.

Residents

Pay dues by card or ACH with autopay, submit requests, reserve amenities, and get answers from the community's own documents, on the web or the iOS and Android apps.

Vendors & contractors

A vetted vendor directory with screening, ratings, and reviews, so managers and residents hire trusted contractors and ARC applications record who is doing the work.

AI that knows your community

AI built into MyFrontYard and grounded in your community's own documents — from setting up a new community to answering residents' questions.

AI onboarding

Groundwork: setup in a conversation

Groundwork reads your declaration, bylaws, rules and amendments, recommends the settings they call for — showing the exact passage behind each one — then brings in your amenities, homes and residents and prepares the invitations. From an empty community to ready for residents in about half an hour.

Seven guided steps

  • Community details and your state's rules
  • Governing documents, read for you
  • Recommended settings, each with its source
  • Amenities and photos
  • Homes and residents from any spreadsheet
  • Invitations, sent only when you say so

You stay in control

  • Nothing changes until you review and apply
  • A later amendment wins over what it changes
  • Every change recorded in the audit log

Ask the Documents

Residents and board members ask in plain language and get an answer with a citation into the community's own documents — or an honest "the documents don't say." No more digging through a 90-page declaration.

Try asking

  • Can I park in the street overnight?
  • Can I have chickens as a pet?
  • What was discussed at the last board meeting?

Reads what you already have

  • CC&Rs, amendments and bylaws
  • Board meeting minutes and policies
  • PDF and text documents, uploaded once

Why one platform beats a dozen tools

One source of truth

Managers, boards, committees, and residents work from the same records, so a request, a vote, or a payment is never re-keyed or chased through email threads.

Verified members only

Residents are matched to the homeowner roster and verified by address before they get access, so every vote, request, and comment comes from a real member.

Scales with your portfolio

Run one community or forty on the same processes. Property managers oversee their whole portfolio from one login, and a new community is set up in about half an hour.

Wherever people are

Native iOS and Android apps with push notifications for meetings, requests, and urgent alerts reach residents, board members, and managers where they actually are.

Fewer calls and emails

Residents find documents, pay dues, submit requests, and book amenities on their own, so far fewer questions land on the manager's desk.

Always audit-ready

Digital records, read acknowledgements, and a full audit trail support legal, election, and reporting requirements.

Decisions people trust

Published minutes, public-comment queues, and votes from verified members give every owner a clear view of how the community is run.

Bank-grade payments

Stripe

Collect dues and fees by card or ACH through Stripe, an industry leader in secure payments — deposited directly into your association's bank account.
